Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late please let me know. If you are any later than 10 minutes, I may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment if i'am fully booked.

Please attend your appointment alone where possible. There isn't always enough space in the salon.

If you are unwell or need to cancel your appointment for any reason please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment so I can try to fill the slot. I would rather you cancel than potentially make others ill in the salon. We can always reschedule.

I take cash or bank transfer only. I do NOT yet own a card machine. Please bare this in mind when attending your appointment.

Payments need to be made before you leave the salon. Failure to do so will result in no future bookings with me until the payment is settled and potentially your gels/extensions being removed.

I may ask for a 50% deposit. This will come off the final payment on the day and is non-refundable if you do not show up to your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason I require at least 48 hours notice if not more.

When you book an appointment with me you will receive a reminder a week / 5 days before your appointment. I kindly ask that you confirm again that you are coming to your appointment or ask to reschedule at this time if needs be.

If you do not show up to your appointment with no communication at all, I will ask for 50% of the service cost (deposit). No future appointments will be made until this is settled.
